The wine list is a short and concise expression that is suited to the cuisine served at SAXE, hence it follows seasonality and is ever evolving.

We choose to work with producers of hand crafted single vineyards. Their knowledge of the terroir and location being encapsulated in each varietal. In many cases these are wines are low intervention.
